I have been working out for about 20 years now and started out just like everyone else.  After high school and attending a two year college I became somewhat inactive regarding exercise..... Just like most people. It wasn't intentional, it just happens. I tried running a little bit, but at that time, it didn't last.  Then in my mid-twenties I started working out briefly at a gym. I actually liked it but did not see any results, therefore I lost interest. I can hardly believe that was me.... losing interest. If you only knew me now and how much I love working out and exercising!


So what's my point? We all had to start somewhere so you're not alone. Sadly we are all judged by someone..... For not only what we do, but how we look. If you happen to be out of shape or overweight I understand that you may feel judgment at times, but you won't feel it from me.  I am here to help you attain your fitness goals by motivating and encouraging you, along with the workouts that are effective.


You want a fitness instructor who's fit and is a certified personal trainer. They should be a trainer who is required to do continued education and one who carries liability insurance. As a personal trainer I want you to know that fitness comes in all shapes and sizes. Our bone structure and height is determined by our heredity..... That cannot be changed and that's okay. Learn to love what you have but make it the best you can be!!!! We all can reshape our bodies and make it the essence of physical fitness. The reason most people give up after starting an exercise program on their own is because they don't see results.  That's why you need me as your personal trainer to design your program and instruct you, along with taking you through your workout. Results are achieved by the level of intensity, type of exercises, and constantly challenging your body by change. I am a motivator because I am a positive person and I will motivate you to do it properly and at the right intensity. That's why there are personal trainers such as myself. You don't have to be rich to have one, but you do have to put it in your budget. Think of it like this..... The most important investment you can make is in you, and here is why..... If you exercise properly you will reap all the health benefits.  As you age you want to be able to continue to do things like you used to. You can greatly improve your flexibility and strength so you can lead an active lifestyle. We all want to be satisfied with the way we look (self-image) so you will feel more confident. So what's the next step? The good news is you're thinking about personal training because you’re checking out my training web site. Keep in mind, we all had to take that leap in faith and actually start....  If I were starting now I would surely have a personal fitness trainer. It took me years to get where I'm at, and that's okay because I did it myself and I was happy along the way achieving my results. In this day and age people are impatient and want a quick fix. Sorry to tell you that there is no quick fix but the great news is that with a Personal Trainer you will be on your wayThe most important investment you can make is in "YOU"! Your health and fitness should be valued and while it's true that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, if you are not happy with your appearance it will affect your self-esteem and confidence. We have to start somewhere and the time is now!


You will get results if you train with me and I guarantee it, however you have to give me your time and follow my lead. Your scheduled times will also help you be accountable so your less likely to miss. Together we will work as a Team!

My fitness studio has up to 70lbs. in dumbbell weights. I have flat & incline benches and a pad to do preacher curls. I have a 45lb bar to do bench press along with several others such as straight & EZ-curl bars. I have several 45 lb. plates to load the bar along with other weights. I have a stepper, stability balls, medicine balls, resistance bands, leg bands, ankle weights, jump rope, push-up bars, kettle ball weights, exercise mats, among other things. We keep the floor open and pull out equipment when needed. Everything is very accessible, efficient, and organized. I have a bathroom, closet, refrigerator, kitchen sink, music for workouts (radio & CD), off street parking.... my clients love it!
