Resistance training (weight training) is a very important part of your personal training. It has both health and aesthetic benefits. It's a Myth that women who weight train will get big and bulky muscles. It will not only give women more shape but will also firm & tone their

I incorporate variety into your workouts to keep them fun and challenging. It's important to change your workouts from time to time. Change is good because we hit plateaus.

You'll lose 40% more fat with resistance training (weight training). It is far more valuable than aerobic exercise and the key to losing your gut. Do not misunderstandCardiovascular exercise is for your heart health which is essential to your overall fitness. Cardio burns calories but resistance training burns more calories after the workout while your sitting on the couch.

Swiss ball ab workouts

The Swiss ball has a variety of benefits, such as increasing core strength and improvements in coordination and proprioception (the ability to sense the position and location and orientation and movement of the body and its parts).

The instability of the ball "jump starts" dormant muscles, recruiting both deep as well as superficial muscle fibers. An exercise on the ball requires complete focus; even as it builds the abdominal core it also trains deep muscles in the back, hips, legs and arms. (lol that's just a shadow under my arm)
